Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

Please note delays for the holiday season may occur. We are shipping out order as normal but USPS and UPS can experience delays at this time

All orders ship priority mail for a flat rate of $8.99 in 2-3 business days OR UPS ground for $12. Please note that if an order is placed on a Friday after 3pm the order will not ship until the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours of processing time for orders to be updated.

Bold Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit! If your package is lost or stolen in transit you must file a claim with the United States Post Office! This includes orders stolen of front porches or a mailbox. 

**** Once an order is placed we do not allow it to be cancelled. Before checking out, each customer marks a check box stating that are aware of our policies. The customer can choose to ship the items or can receive a store credit for the amount of the order that has to be used within 7 days. We do not issue refunds.**** 

 RETURNS:

We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but if something just wasn't right here's how our return policy works!

Bold Boutique does not issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Bold Boutique, items must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery date for store credit only. Bold Boutique reserves the right to reject returns on items that are worn or that are out of the return date period. We do not accept worn clothing, bralettes, bodysuits, any sale items, jewelry, or gift card returns. Tags must be attached.

Once you have received store credit you have 365 days to use the store credit. Gift card amounts expire after one year. No exceptions to this rule.

We only allow 1 return per month, per customer. Customers who return more than that will be subject to review and may not be allowed to return items back to us in the future.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for anything sent back to Bold Boutique if your return meets our return policy criteria.

  • All orders can be sent back to Bold Boutique at this address with invoice included: 1405 Coolwater Court Wake Forest NC 27587
  • Shoes must be returned in a mailer or box! We will not take back any shoe boxes sent out of a mailer with tap, labels or markings on them.

Bold Boutique no longer offers exchanges or holds on items due to high traffic. If you need to return an item for a different size, we recommend purchasing the item so you can insure you get the size you want! When your return item arrives to us please allow 2 business days for it to be processed and store credit to be sent to your email.

Items must be unworn with tags attached to be considered for a return. No deodorant stains, pet hair, cigarette smoke etc, and shoes must have no sign of wear. Bold Boutique reserves the right to reject returns on items that are worn or that are out of the return date period. 

If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee and will be invoiced for $12.99 to cover the shipping fee. 

All damaged items need to be reported to us within two days of delivery to courtney@boldboutiquenc.com so we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Courtney 5'5 size 6. Wearing size medium in tops + bottoms.

Kate: 5'3 size 0-2 fits size small in tops + bottoms
